If you selected a product from our online store but found a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it, as established by the Consumer Protection Code, within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the first step for an exchange or return is to notify our Customer Service Center via email at trivelashop@gmail.com. Our team will instruct you on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product. Once we receive the package, we will perform an analysis to confirm that everything complies with the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you, and at that point, you can choose between:

  • Exchanging it for any product available in our stock.
  • Receiving a refund for the amount spent on the products.
